Meet Kaitlyn, our Headmaster, a dedicated professional educator with a passion for fostering the growth and development of children. She holds a bachelor's degree with a double major in Psychology and Social Services from Kean University, she brings a profound understanding of child development to our Reggio Emilia school.

Kaitlyn's career began as a teacher, specializing in children aged 2.5 years and older. Her early experiences as an educator laid the foundation for her passion for fostering growth and development in children. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn excelled in teaching, developing curriculums and training educators in a variety of educational settings, at both public and private institutions. Her diverse experiences enriched her perspective on education, giving her a comprehensive view of what it takes to create a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners.
 

Her passion for education extends to a belief that both teachers and children grow and learn together. Kaitlyn is dedicated to empowering each child, ensuring they understand the value of their voices and unique perspectives. She provides personalized attention to every student, fostering an environment where they can shine in their own unique ways.
